Hip Hop

Hip Hop is about self expression and rhythm, which enables students to be energetic, creative and versatile in moving their body and building confidence.

Contemporary

Contemporary combines elements of different dance styles. Mostly derived from ballet, contemporary encourages control of movement and connectivity with the mind and body. It is an abstract and experimental dance style.

Jazz

Jazz is a modern form of ballet that provides students the tools be coordinated in turning, kicking and leaping. We focus on increasing flexibility in a safe environment, and develop control of the body while performing intense dance moves.

Tap

Tap incorporates percussion by rhythmically taping one’s feet on the floor. It is a fun style which anyone can join regardless of their dance background. Tap builds great ankle strength as well as musicality and rhythm.

Technique

Technique focuses on a mixture of Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary for students looking to explore the fundamentals of dance and expand their skills.

Tiny Tot

Our Tiny Tot’s classes focus on building foundational skills for our youngest dancers. We work on students' ability to follow instructions, work with others, balance, find the beat, and most importantly have fun!

Acrobatics

Acrobatics is a class to learn all the tricks of the trade such as aerials, handstands, cartwheels, walk overs, front and back handsprings, back flips and more. Students learn how to progressively land their tricks as well as gain flexibility and strength.

Ballet

Ballet is a classical form of dance that uses very technical steps. It is important for dancers to learn ballet so they approach movements safely and accurately as well as being technically strong in other forms of dance. Ballet is perfect for developing core strength, balance and alignment.

Troupe

This class is for those who would like to push themselves further and participate in competitions and performances outside of class. The styles of dance in this class are a mixture of hip hop, jazz and contemporary.

You must be dancing in one of the following styles to be eligible to take Troupe class: Jazz and/or Ballet

Musical Theatre

Musical theatre is a form of theatrical performance which incorporates singing, acting and basic movement. Students can learn how to express themselves in different ways and develop confidence through this style.

Commercial

Commercial focuses on a mixture of Hip Hop and Jazz styles often with big, hard-hitting movements.
