Our Mindfulness Hour usually is run once a term on Saturdays, in which students of all ages are invited to come and spend an hour without their phones, practicing breathing, both mental and physical mindfulness exercises and filling out take-home AT Dance mindfulness booklets (containing goals and feelings pages to fill out, positive affirmations, colouring in/drawing pages and more).

Please note that the total cost is $10 for the entire year, including all mindfulness sessions throughout the year and a mindfulness booklet.

If the sessions are a hit, we are more than happy to add more sessions per term.
