AT Dance offers students the opportunity to work in a dance school and experience what it’s like to be an instructor, coach and administrator working from 2-9pm.
Requirements For Work Experience
Students must be between the age of 14 and 21
Work Experience must be compulsory at the student’s school
The student must have some dance and/or administration experience
The Work Experience placement must be at most one week (Monday-Friday) as determined by the school.
Work experience Activities
In the afternoons, students will be taught administration skills and will have the opportunity to learn some of the tricks of the trade that are important assets for all industries. In the evenings, students will shadow and assist our qualified instructors as they teach classes ranging all ages, skill levels and styles of dance.
